It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Minel is one of those rare people. He is honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I’ve always felt that he gives you his honest opinion and never tries to sell you something you don’t need. Great mechanic, great person, and someone I’m happy to recommend to friends and family.

Saved us $7,000 over Devoe Cadillac. We took our XT5 to Devoe Cadillac because the AC wasn't working. They told us the thermostat, compressor, and coil were all leaking. This simply doesn't happen. They repaired the thermostat because it was under the powertrain warranty which was still in effect. I took the car to AMB Auto Repair (highly recommended by the manager of Tire Kingdom near us) -- and he tested the entire system thoroughly. The compressor was fine. The coil was fine. He explained that the Cadillac tech saw the dye from the two hoses -- inlet and outlet for the compressor -- running together and then down the center of the compressor, and thought the compressor was bad. so he repaired the seals on both hoses and we walked out with our air conditioning workinf for less then $400. Minel is way more knowledgeable than the "Certified GM" techs, and apparently way more honest than their techs and service advisors. We love this guy.

I had my car towed to Minel on November 6th. I didn't get an update until December 13th. With a last minute warning, Minel told me he needs the car picked up the day of December 16th. It's because "there was too much wrong with it and he couldn't find the issue." The only issue was the alternator, which I made clear from the beginning. I took it to a different shop and it was done within one day. Of course, on such short notice, I couldn't tow the car the 16th. So on the 17th, he threatened to call the police and have them impound the car because there's "not enough space in the lot." Overall, the unproffesionalism that came from this shop was ridiculous. I waited over a month just to be told that he doesn't want to fix it.

Took my Mercedes in for a brake fluid exchange. Price was fair. No markup for my European sports car. Work was finished quickly and entire process was seamless. Don’t hesitate to have your vehicle serviced here

I've been to car mechanics all around the country. Minel the owner and the mechanic himself of AMB is by far the most honest, skilled and knowledgeable I've ran across. Incredible prices, very thorough and does not cut corners and a very friendly guy on top of it all. This place is special, a one off.
